安眠药

Bob was having trouble getting to sleep at night. Hewent to see his doctor, who prescribed some extra-strong sleeping pills.

鲍勃夜里失眠。他去看医生，医生给他开了一些药力特大的安眠药。

Sunday night Bob took the pills, slept well and wasawake before he heard the alarm. He took his timegetting to the office, strolled in and said to hisboss:"I didn't have a bit of trouble getting up thismorning."

星期天夜里，鲍勃吃了药，睡得很好，闹钟还没响就醒了。他不慌不忙地来到办公室，慢悠悠地进去，对老板说：“我今天早上起床可是一点都没费事。”

"That's fine," roared the boss, "but where were you Monday and Tuesday?"

“好啊!”老板吼道，“那你星期一和星期二去哪里了?”
