117. Fast Food 快餐

McDonald's and Kentucky are now the most famous fast foods from abroad in China. At a fast food restaurant, people order their food, wait a few minutes, and take it to their tables themselves. People also take their food out of the restaurant and eat it in their cars or in their homes.

麦当劳和肯德基目前是中国从国外引进的最著名的快餐店。在快餐店，人们点菜、等几分钟、然后自己把食物端到桌子上。人们还可以把食物带到自己的车子里吃，或者带回家。

People can find many kinds of delicious food in a fast food restaurant, such as hamburgers, chicken, seafood and ice-cream.

在快餐店里人们可以发现许多种美味食品，汉堡包、炸鸡、海鲜和冰激凌。

Why do people like fast food so much? First, people can wear any type of dress when they go to a fast food place. Second, people are busy and they do not want to spend time preparing their own food or waiting in restaurants while someone else prepares foods for them.

人们为什么如此喜欢快餐?第一，人们可以随意着装出入快餐店。第二，人们工作繁忙，自己不愿意花费时间做饭，也不愿意在餐馆里等候厨师为他们准备。

A third, and important thing may be its price. Generally speaking, fast food is not so expensive for most people.

第三，重要的或许是快餐的价格，总的来讲，快餐的价格是大多数人可以接受的。
