1.Balanced trade
Balanced trade is an alternative economic model to free trade. Under balanced trade nations are required to provide a fairly even reciprocal trade pattern; they cannot run large trade deficits.
1.贸易平衡
贸易平衡，又称平衡贸易，是一个与自由贸易相对的模式，指一个国家的货物出口价值和入口价值需要保持大致平衡，而不能出现巨额贸易顺差或贸易逆差。这通常需要透过政府对出口和入口作出干预才能达成。这种贸易的方式虽然与自由贸易不同，但也可以有公平贸易的效果。
2.Trade deficit
Trade deficit is an economic concept. It refers to a situation in which a country is buying more things from other countries than it is selling to them.
2.贸易赤字
贸易赤字，即进口总额比出口总额多，又称入超，多花的这一部分钱，就随着国际贸易流入国际社会当中。因传统上中国纪录亏损时皆是用红笔纪录，故名赤字。
3.Government debt
Government debt (also known as public debt and national debt) is the debt owed by a central government. (In the U.S. and other federal states, "government debt" may also refer to the debt of a state or provincial government, municipal or local government.)
3.公债
公债指一个国家的中央政府与地方政府所借的债，中央政府借的债被称为国债，地方政府借的债被称为地方债。
