I really feel like I have laken back control of my life after months of being unhappy and bored. I have been to the gym almost every day since I decided to get back in shape. I love my new hairstyle and I get so many comlinments on my cool, new look.

过了几个月既不开心又很无聊的日后，我真的觉得重新拾回生活的主控权。我决定恢复身材后，就几乎没有一天间断过上健身房运动。我喜欢我的新发型，很多人都对我飞酷炫的新造型赞不绝口。

I don't think it's shallow to want to feel good about my appearance. But the most important things are on the inside. I feel better because I decided to focus on positive things.

我不觉得追求外在美就是代表肤浅。但是内在美还是最重要的。我会有变好的感觉，也是因为态度变积极的结果。

I have to say that I am very proud of the changes I am making. I really think I deserve a pat on the back for my efforts. My life is not perfect, but that's okay. I wish I had a boyfriend. I wish I had more money. I wish I I could afford to travel around the world, or go lie on the beach somewhere for a month.

我真的对自己所做的改变感到很自豪，觉得自已的努力该得到赞美才对。生命虽不完美，但又如何?没错，我是希望交个男朋友、希望自己更有钱，也希望有能力去环游世界，或是去某个海滩胜地躺上一个月。

But from now on, I am going to forcus on the things I have--a wonderfl family, good friends, a great job, and a bright future. It's a much happier way to live, don't you think?

但从现在起，我要更珍惜眼前所拥有的一切。我有最棒的家人和好朋友，还有一份不错的工作和等着我的光明前途。人这样活着会快乐得多，你们不觉得吗?
