1.《甄嬛传》也有美国版
前段时间，翩翩老师给Selah推荐了一部中国剧——Empresses in the Palace（直译是“皇宫里的娘娘们”）。这是翻译成英文的名字。

这部剧2011年上映，国内名字是The Legend of Zhen Huan（《甄嬛传》）。
《甄嬛传》在中国，可以称得上a household name（家喻户晓的名字）。
Selah看完一部分后，感受是：

在剧中，华妃说：

美国有本小说叫TheScarletLetter（《红字》），主要讲的是一个女人因为affair（婚外情），然后发生的一系列bad things。
“scarlet”和sin（原罪）以及something evil（邪恶的事）有关，表示“罪孽深重”。不得不说，“一丈红”翻译为“TheScarletRed”，绝了！

(3)漂亮的名句翻译
下面这些翻译得很漂亮的名句，我们完全可以用在日常英语中：
