1　talk about 意为“谈，谈论”，后接所谈的内容。

I talked about the problem with him last night. 我昨晚同他谈了那个问题。

What are you talking about ? 你们在谈论什么？

2　talk to 意为“和……交谈”，后接谈话的对象，通常是人，to 也可换为with 。

My mother is talking to a neighbour. 我母亲在同一位邻居交谈。

She refused to talk with the man. 她拒绝同那人谈话。
