As the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership goes into force in Malaysia on March 18, China will adopt the first-year tariff rates for member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations under the trade agreement on some imports from Malaysia, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council said.
《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）将于2022年3月18日起对马来西亚开始生效实施。国务院关税税则委员会发布公告，自2022年3月18日起，对原产于马来西亚的部分进口货物实施RCEP东盟成员国所适用的第一年税率。
RCEP was signed in November 2020 by 15 Asia-Pacific countries, including China and the 10 member states of ASEAN. It has already taken effect in 11 member economies.
2020年11月，东盟十国以及中国等15个国家正式签署RCEP，截至目前，RCEP已对11国正式生效。
