With orioles and flowers your saddled horse may stay;

You’d better go eastwards on the southern pathway.

Let vernal thoughts run riot as cloud o’er the town;

Make light of the ways of the world as willow down!

Men are misled by glory vain since olden days.

Do not belie yourself and trust not the world ways!

I would advise you to drown your sorrow in wine;

This is a place where you need not regret nor pine.

玉楼春

雕鞍好为莺花住?

占取东城南陌路。

尽教春思乱如云，

莫管世情轻似絮。

古来都被虚名误，

宁负虚名身莫负。

劝君频入醉乡来，

此是无愁无恨处。
