Dear Sir or Madam,
     I am writing to complain about one of your bus drivers, who was very rude to the passengers on the 6:30 a.m. service from Wudaokou to Wangfujing Street.
     The bus driver drove very fast and even didn't slow down the bus when rounding a corner. When the bus was about to arrive at the next stop, an old man stood up and walked towards the bus door. At that time, the bus came to an abrupt halt. The old man could not keep his balance and fell to the floor. The driver wasn't sorry about this at all and asked the man to get off the bus right away.
     I think bus drivers should be concerned with the safety of the passengers. I hope you will take appropriate measures to stop it from happening again.

     我写信想投诉你们的一位公交车司机。在早6：30从五道口发车开往王府井大街的班次上，他对乘客非常粗鲁。
     这个司机开得非常快，甚至在拐弯时也不减速。公交车快到下一站时，一位老人站起来向车门走去。这时，公交车突然停了下来。老人站不稳，摔倒在地上。这个司机对此一点都不感到抱歉，还让老人马上下车。
     我认为公交司机应该关心乘客的安全。我希望你们能采取适当的措施来防止这样的事情再次发生。

　　投诉信又称抱怨信，主要目的是表达写信人对某一情况的不满，最终要求收信人解决问题并向其建议解决方案。解决方案应与投诉内容有关，对某一点不满就针对某一点提出解决方案。

3　If your service does not improve in the future then I will transfer my custom to other means of transport.
     如果将来你们的服务没有改进，我会改变习惯、转乘其他交通工具。
