    No matter what others tell me, I feel overweight, ugly, not too bright and just overwhelmed with my life. I need to cheer up. What do you suggest? -- Ora 14

    Hey, Ora, there are ten ways to make me feel good about myself when I feel down or forget how great I am. Of course, everyone's different, but I believe there's something in here for everyone. I hope it helps you to feel you're abosolute and very best as well.

    1. Look in the mirror and say to yourself " I am a special girl and there is no one in the world like me. I can do anything." Easy as it may sound, it actually works.

    2. Do something nice for someone. Volunteer at animal shelter, go visit a nursing home or maybe just to invite that girl who always sits alone at lunch to sit with you. Helping others always makes me feel good.

    3. Smile, be friendly to people you encounter. Look for the good qualities in your friends and family. If you start acting like you are happy and did in good mood then you soon will be.

    4. Go outsite, do something active in mother nature. Take a hike, go swimming or just lie on the grass and watch clouds pass.

    5. Do something you are good at. If you love to sing, then go turn on some music and build it out. Remind yourself how good you're at so many things.

    6. Learn something new, broaden your horizons. Have you always wanted to learn it? New challenges are fun and give you a sense of accomplishiment when you finished.

    7. Start a diary, write down your thoughts, dreams, poems or anything you want. Writing always helps me to express my feelings.

    8. Read, read a non-school book just for fun. Lay off of the TV and let your imagination saw.

    9. Hang with your familiy. Have a bonding first with mom or dad and maybe even a ziplin (not sure). We all need that quality familiy time.

    10. Venture out on your own a little bit. Be a leader. If you have an awesome tapon(not sure) team but none of your friends are entering the tenant (not sure) show, enter anyway. Show everyone how creative and nuique you are.

    Feeling great about yourself is a lifelong process. Do the best you can day by day. Treat people how you'd like to be treated. And be true to yourself always and forever. Like the L'oreal commerical say you're worth it.
