中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近日印发《关于加强社会主义法治文化建设的意见》，确立了社会主义法治文化建设的总体目标和主要任务。意见强调，要加强宪法、民法典等普法宣传力度。
Chinese authorities have released a circular in order to further promote the spirit and cultivate the social atmosphere of socialist rule of law. The circular, jointly released by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, set goals and introduced requirements for related work. It emphasized the need to boost the public's familiarity with laws and regulations such as the Constitution and the Civil Code.

社会主义法治文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分，是社会主义法治国家建设的重要支撑。“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要明确，实施法治社会建设实施纲要，加强社会主义法治文化建设，深入开展法治宣传教育，实施“八五”普法规划，完善公共法律服务体系、法律援助和国家司法救助制度。
《关于加强社会主义法治文化建设的意见》为社会主义法治文化建设确立了“时间表”和“施工图”。总体目标是到2035年，基本形成与法治国家、法治政府、法治社会相适应，与中国特色社会主义法治体系相适应的社会主义法治文化，基本形成全社会办事依法、遇事找法、解决问题用法、化解矛盾靠法的法治环境。意见明确，主要任务是，深入学习宣传贯彻习近平法治思想，完善中国特色社会主义法治理论，大力弘扬宪法精神，在法治实践中持续提升公民法治素养，推动中华优秀传统法律文化创造性转化、创新性发展，繁荣发展社会主义法治文艺，加强社会主义法治文化阵地建设，加强法治文化国际交流。
