零钱不用找了

One sweltering day, I was scooping ice cream intocones and told my four children they could "buy" acone from me for a hug. Almost immediately, thekids lined up to make their purchases. The threeyoungest each gave me a quick hug grabbed theircones and raced back outside. But when my teen-ageson at the end of the line finally got his turn to buyhis ice cream, he gave me two hugs. Keep thechanges, he said with a smile.

有一天，天气酷热难当，我一边把冰激凌盛进锥筒，一边告诉我的四个小孩，他们可以从我这里用一个拥抱“购买”一个圆筒。于是孩子们马上排起了队来购买。较小的三个孩子每人很快地抱了我一下，抓过冰激凌圆筒就又跑到外面去了。最后，轮到排在最后的十来岁的大儿子来“买”冰激凌了，他拥抱了我两下。“零钱不用找了。”他笑着说。
