    介绍你的公司 Describing Your Company

    介绍公司就是要让听者对公司形象有清晰全面的认识,对公司的组织、产品和服务(organization, products and services)做全面的介绍。面面俱到是不可能的,简短并突出重点就行了。

    介绍过程中客户可能问到的问题。

    首先你要做到对公司的服务和产品了如指掌。产品包括性能、用途、价格和有效期等细节。服务包括种类、费用、付款方式、质量保证和联系方式等。可以主动介绍,也可以根据对方的问题有针对性地回答。
