Working from home often gives us really lofty images “在家办公”四个字看起来很“高大上”

* beat traffic （不用）应付堵车

所谓的“躺着挣钱”，只是玩笑。就是Jack Ma(马云）也是working really hard!!

* “躺赚”可以这样说： make money without getting out of bed.
还有一种情况就是：躺着躺着，结果公司没了。

你的在家时光是什么样子的？

* give yourself a break: 让自己休息一下

* tunnel vision 隧道视野
当人只关注一件事情的时候，就会容易变成tunnel（隧道）vision（视野）
所以还是要尽力自律：
* Be positive 积极一些
* Change your focus 换换注意力
* 考虑一下 How do you spend a productive day indoors 如何在家提高生产力
