表示“某地存在某人或某物”，there无意义，be是谓语动词，后面的名词是主语，两者在数上要保持一致。

There be句型

1．There be 句型的肯定结构

There is ＋可数名词单数／不可数名词

There is a pencil in the box. 盒子里有支铅笔。

There is some apple juice in the bottle. 瓶子里有一些苹果汁。

There are ＋可数名词复数

There are two pens in the box. 盒子里有两支钢笔。

2．There be 句型的否定结构

There be＋not(any)/no ＋名词

There is not any meat in the fridge. 冰箱里没有肉了。

(=There is no meat in the fridge.)

3．There be 句型的一般疑问结构

Be ＋there ＋名词＋其他

Is there a computer in the room? Yes, there is. 房间里有电脑吗？是的，有。

Are there any books on the desk? No, there aren't. 书桌上有书吗？不，没有。

4．There be 句型的特殊疑问结构

特殊疑问词＋be ＋there ＋其他

There are some apples on the tree. 树上有苹果。

What's on the tree? 树上有什么？

5．就近原则：当there be 后面跟两个或两个以上主语的时候，be 的单复数要由离be 最近的名词决定。

There is a pencil and two pens in the pencil-case. 铅笔盒里有一支铅笔和两支钢笔。
