1　not 在否定疑问句中，可以放在be动词、情态动词或助动词后，也可以放在主语后。

Isn't it red? 它不是红的吗 ？（not这时要用缩写式Isn't ）

Is it not red?

Don't you like the book? 你不喜欢这本书吗 ？

Do you not like the book?

Can't you go with her? 你不能同她一起去吗 ？

Can you not go with her?

2　not 在反问句中，必须放在be动词、情态动词或助动词后，一般不能放在主语后。

Can't you do it better? 你难道不能做得更好吗？（=You should do it better.）

Don't you know who he is? 你难道不知道他是谁吗？

Haven't I told you that? 我难道没告诉你那个吗？
