1　way 表示“路，道路，路途”，可指市内街道和市外的公路，也可指到达某地所必须通过的地方，含义广。

She is on the way to school. 她在上学的路上。

I am on the way to see a friend. 我在去看朋友的路上。

This way , please. 请这边走。（=Please come this way.）

Excuse me, which is the way to the station, please？对不起，请问到车站的路怎样走？

On the way , a young girl waved to me. 路上，一位年轻姑娘向我招手。

2　way 表示“方式，方法，手段”。

Please do it in this way . 请这样做。
