菩萨蛮

The painted boat carries my parting grief away.

彩舟载得离愁动，

Why should a fair wind follow me all the day?

无端更借樵风送。

On boundless waves late sets the sun.

波渺夕阳迟，

When will my homesickness be done?

销魂不自持。

Who’ll share with me this lonely night?

良宵谁与共？

In dreams I have but you in sight.

赖有窗间梦。

But when from my dream I awake,

可奈梦回时，

Parting again makes my heart break.

一番新别离。
