     Modern people are supposed to endure a lot of pressure from education, career or family. However, not all people can deal with that kind of pressure. It is depicted in the drawing that a student is walking carefully with a blindfold on which is written "mental fitness"covering his eyes. In front of him, there are three people who are holding separate flags "guidance", "education" and "communication" to offer him a helping hand.
     Keeping mental health under whatever circumstances is important and these three things can help us keep balanced. We need guidance from others who know more about pressure than we do or have been through tough times themselves. Leaflets, seminars and websites can help prepare us for what may lie ahead. Communication means our telling those around us what problems we are facing now.
     We must remember that we are never alone, that others have faced the same problems themselves and that it is dangerous to our mental health to keep quiet and suffer alone.

     现代人想必承受着来自学业、事业或家庭的很大压力。不过，并非所有人都能应对这种压力。图画中描绘了一名学生正在小心翼翼地走，一块写有"心理健康"的蒙眼布遮着他的眼睛。在他前面，有三个人各举着一面旗子来帮助他，分别是"引导"、"教育"和"沟通"。
     在任何情况下保持心理健康很重要，这三种途径能帮我们保持平衡。我们需要他人的引导，这些人或者比我们更了解压力，或者自己经历过艰难时期。传单、研讨会和网站可以帮我们为将来做好准备。沟通意味着我们要告诉周围的人我们现在正面临的问题。
     我们一定要记住：我们从来都不是一个人在战斗，其他人也面临同样的问题；保持沉默、独自承受会危害我们的心理健康。
