A: Look, you Americans has conceived of a new method to deal with its relations with other countries.

A: No, ifs smart power.

B: Whafs that?

A: Here it reads that “smart power is the ability to combine hard and soft power into a wining strategy”，It’s defined by Joseph Nye. But I don’t see much difference from it. Its aim is still to maintain its super power position.
这里所说的“巧实力”其实就是硬实力和软实力的结合，软硬兼施，从而达到不战而胜。这是约瑟夫柰所下的定义。但是我觉得没什么实质上的区别，因为它的目的仍然是维持其超级霸主的地位。
B: We don’t talk about politics and diplomacy, ok? It’s too sensitive. But I can tell you something about Joseph Nye.
