我要发达，除了succeed外还有很多说法

在英文中，“我要发达”最简单直接的翻译是I want to succeed（我要成功），但是老讲这句话未免太腻，不妨学学以下说法用以替换：

1 　I'll reach the big time!　我要变大咖！

解析：big time的解释是“在一种职业中，收入或地位最高的一级”。请注意，不要误用为big name（名人），与big time的意思不同。

例：

There're many talented people in advertising, but few of them reach the big time.（广告业人才济济，但能算得上是大咖的没几个。）

2 　I can make a splash!　我要惊艳全场！

解析：splash原指水泼溅的样子或声音，make a splash就是刻意制造水花或溅水声，意指“搞出一件大事，造成轰动”。

例：

The newly launched smart phone will definitely make a splash in the market.（这款新推出的智能手机，肯定会在市场上造成轰动。）

3 　Let's hit the jackpot!　一起赚大钱！

解析：jackpot指的是赌局中累积的奖金，如果某人因为完成一件事而赚到一大笔钱，就可以说他是hit the jackpot。

例：

Let's work harder to finish this project, then we can hit the jackpot.（让我们加把劲儿搞定这桩案子吧，然后就等着大赚一笔了。）
