Sea-lion is a person who intrudes upon an online conversation in an attempt to engage opponents in debate, particularly by using a tone of feigned civility.

“海狮”是那种在网络聊天中突然闯入，用一种故作礼貌的语调来介入谈话，目的是让意见相左的人吵起来。

Sea-lions can be so passively annoying that they goad their targets into exploding in anger at them, thereby seemingly become the victims and leave their targets marginalized.

“海狮”这种行为让人有一种无名火，有时候会导致目标对象把怒火发泄到他们身上，表面上“海狮”似乎是受害者，但他们的目标对象却因此而被边缘化。
