i started my day with a sense of dread. i have so much to do at work this week and i am feeling overwhelmed and unsure that i will be able to get it all done. i love my job, but even after 6 months here, i still sometimes feel like i am just learning.

　　今天上班时心里有点害怕。这星期的工作好多，我有点不知所措，能不能做完实在没把握。我很喜欢这份工作，但是来这里半年了，有时仍觉得自己是个新手。

　　i spent 4 years in university earning a bachelor's degree in the field, but it's completely different out here in the real world. sometimes i really wonder if i can cut it in such a high pressure job.

　　我念了四年大学才拿到这一行的学士学位，没想到观实世界和理论差那么多。有时不禁纳闷工作压力那么大，我大概成不了什么气候。

　　luckily, i work for a great company, and if i need help, i can ask for it without feeling stupid. everyone in the office is so nice and there is a real atmosphere of camaraderie in out department. just a few minutes ago, i put my head down on my desk and just sighed in frustration.

　　幸好这家公司很棒，需要帮忙可以尽管开口，没人会觉得你笨。办公室同事人都很好，整个部门工作气氛相当融洽。就像几分钟前，我刚把头放在桌上叹了口气，一副斗败的公鸡模样。

　　right away my trainer came over ang asked me if she coul help me with anything. i was a little embarrassed, but she said it was okay to ask for some help sometimes.

　　培训师就马土过来问我有没有什么需要帮助的。我觉得有点糗，但她对我说偶尔向人求助并不是坏事。

　　then she gave me a little pep talk. she told me to keep my chin up, do the best i can, and don't get discouraged. that kind of support makes me feel like i can do anything.

　　她又替我加油打气，叫我不要灰心，要继续全力以赴不要泄气。那种被人激励的感觉真好，让我觉得没什么事可以难得倒我。
