    This is VOA news. According to a new United Nations report published Friday on World Water Day, as many as 2.2 billion people still live without access to safe drinking water and 3.5 billion lack access to decent sanitation. Goas Rick Panteleo has more.

    The UN report called "water for prosperity and peace" suggests that tensions over water are intensifying conflicts throughout the world.
