| With banneret and pennon, | 用军鼓、号角， |
| Trumpet and kettledrum, | 还有雷霆的战炮 |
| And the outrageous cannon, | 装点他盛大的婚礼， |
| To bundle time away | 把时间捆走， |
| That the night come. | 夜幕降临。 |
