空气污染

空气污染是一个严重的问题——一个被我们忽略，却又威胁着我们的健康和经济的问题。随着空气污染日渐严重，中国卫生监督部门近来立誓在未来三到五年之内建立一个全国性的网络，用以监测空气污染对人类健康的影响。该网络会首先覆盖经常出现雾霾 （haze）的16个省份的多个城市以及直辖市 （municipality），还有6个省区农村地区的村镇。在这一方案之下，该网络将收集不同地区的PM2.5空气成分数据和主要空气污染物浓度变化的数据。长远来看，空气污染问题值得我们更多关注。

Air Pollution

Air pollution is a severe problem—one that we ignored at the risk of damaging our health and economy. As the air pollution becomes more and more serious, China's health regulators have vowed to set up a national network to monitor the impact of air pollution on human health within the following three to five years. The network will first cover a number of cities in 16 provinces and municipalities where haze is frequent as well as certain villages and towns in rural areas in six provincial-level regions. Under the plan, the network will gather data on the compositions of PM2.5 in different regions and the density changes of main air pollutants. In the long run, it is worthwhile for us to pay more attention to the air pollution issue.
