1.乘客在柜台处购买火车票时,要具体询问乘客对车票的要求,例如车次、张数、座位等。
Which day do you prefer? 您打算坐哪一天的火车?
What train will you take? 你要坐哪一班火车?
What kind of ticket do you prefer, hard seat, soft seat, hard berth or soft berth? 您想要哪种票?硬座、软座、硬卧还是软卧?
There are upper berth, middle berth and lower berth. Which one do you like? 卧铺有上铺、中铺和下铺,您想要哪种?
How many tickets would you like? 您要买几张票?
为确保信息的准确无误,在订购前要再次确认所有细节。如:
Please confirm the information. You want to buy a ticket for the upper berth of soft sleeper of the train T222, which will leave for Beijing on March 20th. Is it right? 请确认一下信息,您要买的是3月20日前往北京的T222次列车的软卧上铺,对吗?
2.在乘客上车前,工作人员一定要对其车票进行详细检查,以免出现乘错车等情况发生。如:
Excuse me, please show your ticket. 您好,请出示您的车票。
3.火车的到站、晚点或其他情况都要告知乘客。在车上也要提醒乘客保管好自己的随身物品,以免丢失。如:
The train is now 10 minutes late. 列车现在晚点10分钟。
Our next stop will be Beijing Railway Station. Please be prepared to get off. 下一站将要到达北京车站,请您提前做好下车的准备。
The destination will be reached in about two minutes. 还有大约2分钟到达终点站。
