青少年犯罪

过去几十年间，全国很多城市的青少年犯罪 （juvenile delinquency）率增长惊人。青少年犯罪的原因有内因和外因两个方面。青少年自身素质的好坏是决定其是否会违法犯罪的关键。一些青少年自身素质不高，抵御能力差，形成了错误的世界观、人生观和价值观，养成了游手好闲、好逸恶劳、无事生非的不良嗜好和品行。此外，由于自身性格有缺陷，心理幼稚，自身生活需要和人格尊严得不到满足，加上法制观念的缺乏等等，一旦受到外界因素的影响、刺激，很容易走上犯罪道路。

Juvenile Delinquency

Over the last few decades, many cities around the country have seen alarming increases in the levels of juvenile delinquency. The reasons for juvenile delinquency come into two aspects: internal and external. The quality of youths themselves decides whether they will break the law and commit crimes. Some teenagers have low qualities and poor resistant abilities. They have incorrect outlook on world, life and values, unhealthy habits and behaviors such as being good for nothing, loving ease and hating work and making trouble out of nothing. Besides, the defects in their own character, childish psychology, unmet living needs and unsatisfied dignity as well as the lack of legal knowledge altogether will most likely result in their committing crimes once they are affected and triggered by external elements.
