[1]克利斯朵夫·马洛（Christopher Marlowe，1564—1593），戏剧家、诗人。毕业于剑桥大学，号称“大学才子”。代表作是诗剧《浮士德博士的悲剧》。马洛的诗以气势雄伟、比拟大胆、富于夸张著称。但生活中，他是爱惹是生非的人：1589年，曾参与一次街头的斗殴；1592年，曾因图谋制造假币被荷兰政府驱逐出境。1593年，在小酒店因付账与人发生争执，被人刺死。
